#DAY6OF30DAYS OF MENTAL HEALTH STORIES
As Umikulthum Boy says, it is okay to be hurt, it is okay to be different, it is okay to be disappointed.
Lack of self confidence, struggle are things we go through from time to time. What we need to do is understand that all of it is a journey to make us who we are today.
Mental health challenges aren’t something to be embarrassed about, it is part of us and talking about it helps us heal. Healing is a process and once we know that, we understand that then it helps us build back better.
I am so proud of you Umikulthum Boy as a young lady for opening up and accepting that you were struggling and that you got help and guidance which helped you discover yourself!
As i always say, it is okay not to be okay! Cry as much as you want and keep going ❤️
What is your mental health story? I want to hear your story, because your story matters...
Reach out and lets talk!
